Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 5 nights.
The stated prices are based on a stay of 7 nights. For a stay of 5 or 6 nights, the price is calculated pro rata based on the weekly rate.

Final cleaning: €150 per stay
The final cleaning is charged separately.

The deposit is paid prior to the stay and refunded after departure, provided there is no damage, loss, or extra costs.
Maximum number of guests
